Animals

Royal Kwantlen is inhabited by many animals. From bugs, bats, snakes and woodpeckers to coyotes and even the occasional deer, the park's habitat offers refuge, a home and a place to raise a family.

It's trees, bushes and grassed fields provide a range of food for the animals. The surrounding neighborhood offers even more foraging and living opportunities.

Look through our list of some of the park animals and learn a bit more about them. If you keep your eyes open, you may see some of them on your next visit.

View the animals either by clicking to open one at a time and and closing it when finished or view them as a slideshow. Hover over the right and left photo edges and click to go to the next or the previous photo.

If your security settings do not allow Javascript for the slideshow, you can view each large photo (without the comments) separately.
